Leadership can be defined as a capacity to transform the vision in reality and leaders help them and followers to set the goals and work towards them and to solve issues. I admire Nelson Mandela as my leader. He was the man of peace and had a powerful presence with a smile. He was positive and showed the world forgiveness. I admire him as a leader because he was so passionate about his work. With the regard to formulating the leadership philosophy, internalized moral perspective, relational transparency and self-awareness are the critical blocks to make leadership philosophy. Self-awareness is very important to be a good leader. I believe that a good leader should have a good heart. I have the ability to do some creative work as I like to give new ideas to my friends.
I have the ability for delegating tasks as I have a particular vision and I want to fulfil my goals of life by working hard. I am very honest with my work that would be helpful in building my profession after completing my studies. I am very confident about my work and have good communication skills which leaders should have skill on them. I believe that respectful and open collaboration can also solve problems and excesses are being lazy. My thoughts focus on things that can be possible to do the best, even if things seem to be impossible. I always encourage my classmates to do the best and always ready to help them in completing their tasks. I believe that I am good at decision making and leading a team with my best efforts. I intent to inspire others and lead by actions.
I believe being a leader, I need to be honest with my work and also with my team. I believe that I will lead my team with my best efforts. I will lead them with empathy and listen to them and seek to understand the talents and experiences of others fully. I will take all of my responsibilities as being a leader. I will always value work ethics, respect, honesty and loyalty. I will lead with the learning mindset by knowing that people change situations change, but learning skills equalling grow. I will give the best instructions to my team to meet all needs of a task and in future to the company. I except to respond to a challenging situation rather than react to it. I also expect to focus on processes to change and understand in challenging situations.
