Essay on Perspectives, modes of inquiry and processes for decision making in history, literature, sociology and psychology

Economics has huge impact on every aspect of social life from living to dying. According the Marx, the development in the human society is due to the material factors. It was the money, which had the impacts on the society in the way that it created the classes in the society. It is said to be the dialectical materialism. There are also many other factors that have contributed in the same of philosophy, sociology, literature, psychology and religion, many of which have assisted the development of economics at the same time in the history, since economics have impacts on every aspects of social life.

Modern and postmodern critics proposed that the way history is presented under the shade of the economic factors is totally fabricated. They claim that our history is written by the kings and autocrats as the way they wanted and it is completely fabricated. They have their stance about the viewing the history in different perspective, i.e. the history of a slave, a servant, a socially discriminant person and many others which are neglected in the history. It is evident that our history is just belong to rulers, kings and heroes (Weiten, 2007). There is no history of the common man because the kings and rulers had the power to write according to their will and what they wanted.

An ordinary person may be perceived as a victim of its own success, as a common man, he may have engaged with other fields of sociology, psychology. We have seen that at the same time economics has become progressively paradigmatic due to its material value and increasingly narrow and insulated from other areas of social sciences because human always attracted to the glitters. There have also been various extra disciplinary changes and modification in the social sciences and academic curriculum. In the current era of digital technology, where every type of information is available on the single click, everyone seems to be interconnected in different disciplines at a time.

The enormous growth in the number of people at the individual and collective level are working in the social sciences has tended to reassure intra-disciplinary research relatively interdisciplinary research. The respect and indeed the power of economics has enlarged as much or more in community and society become more generally as it has within and in the middle of the social sciences. This has been significantly aided by the increasing deployment of economics and economists in an extensive range of professional schools, most prominent business, but also public health, social work and welfare, medicine, medical, law, and education and most significantly by the growth of a new configuration of professional school in public policy.

Although the increasing preeminence of the economics in the professional field of public policy and the social sciences, it is not astonishing that economics has become progressively predominant in government policy in the history and in the current times, and broader public discourse. Due to its impact people trained in economics play a major role in the analysis and formulation of policy intersociety and intra-society, both within the government and in the developing extra-governmental department of economics including institutes and think tanks on the both political social departments.

Influence of Economics on Aesthetic and Literature:

The influence of economics on aesthetics and literature can be seen very clearly, but with a more critical eye (Mills, 2007). According to the perspective of aesthetic and literature, these people have the characteristics and the ability to interpret and explain a text by drawing on some techniques, i.e. close, active and reflective reading, which may be based on the past experiences, primary and secondary sources, and many other critical approaches. They have the ability to analyze the structural relationships and elements within a text or between numerous literary genres in order to elucidate how authors create reactions in the readers.

One who have the expertise in the social sciences and know about the influence of the economics on other fields may have certain features, i.e. observations, questions, and discussions. They have the familiarity with a substantial number of influential and demonstrative works. They also are familiar with important number of works of an important author. They have clear understanding of the diversity of human understanding and creative expression presented in the religion, and literature.

The effects of economics on the literature are in the way that each situation is worked into historical, cultural or intellectual contexts with the economic factor in the mind. Everyone perceive the connection of the literature to other disciplines, by perceiving how other disciplines and courses can inform the reading of literature (HOUSE, 2008). It can be analyzed that the values in the literature read are effected by the economic factors. It is recognized that how our own experientially and culturally derived expectations shape our reading of a literary text.

Influence of economics on the History:

In the Historical Mode of Inquiry, which is influenced by the economics have an extended period of time and determine competence in one or more areas, which distinguish the work of historians and economics. It is been thinking in terms of causation which is change over time have the influence about the contingency, chronological frameworks and context. Every socialist, who has clear perspective may draw upon and producing the content and practicing of social-scientific and humanistic disciplines to study and understand the past. They can be analyzed the interaction between choices of individuals that have made and developments in the societies have undergone. Influence of economics to understand the social and aesthetic diversity of different cultures.

These are the causes of the economics through which societies developed that much. There are increasing signs of a come back to a more liberal and progressive dominance in the society due to economic factors. There are certain conservative policies can be seen as the seemingly incapable of allocating with the problems of a progressively global world. Such changes in the social behaviors will potentially see a growth in funding in the social behaviors affected by the economics generally. These are behaviors are especially those of an interdisciplinary concepts that are applied to societal problems in appreciation of a need to balance the importance on individual choice with the acknowledgement of the constraints of society (Cropper, 2008). There is a need to recognize the wider range of inspirations than pleasure seeking or information and knowledge.

Social behaviors of consumers:

There is a huge influence of economics in the business organizations of the current times. These are about the behaviors of the consumers, which are influenced by the economics. There are certain methods through which an individual can analyze and employ the self-report as a dimension of different methods. There is another area, which is about the consumer population surveys. After the efforts of various social scientists it is found that self-report and observation are not mutually exclusive in the social sciences. In fact, a gray area occurs between pure self-report and pure observation in the social sciences. The behavior of persons in the society may become diverse, as soon as they are aware of what they observed. Social behavior may be a type of self-expression and it firmly influenced by the economic forces.

In the daily activities, the traditional economic attitude has been displaced gradually by the behavioral elements of the society that is why at this moment one observes the dominance of behavioral sciences in the social sciences (Brunk, 1997). Behavioral economics is an innovative and promising field of investigation in the social sciences. Not only psychologists but also sociologists are contributed in the behavioral economics approach. The emphasis on observation and empirical evidences rather than on self-report are the characteristics of the economic and behavioristic approach in the psychology.

Conclusion:

Since, the way economics affected on the perspectives and modes of inquiry and many other processes for decision making in history, literature, sociology and psychology is very terrible. It has been seen that in the current materialistic world, everything is derived from the economic factor. When we perceived everything in the light of economic factors, i.e. social behaviors, business activities, attitudes, literature, science and technology, sociology and psychology, it will create huge problems for us.

When everything is derived from the economic factors, the actual value of the relations become lost and when values of the human relations become lost this world become the overall economic factor. This influence can be seen in the daily life in the way that every activity become a profession or in another words an economic factor, i.e. teaching, consulting and medication, which are in the history have no price. Everything in the life is measured from the certain value, social behaviors, schools, universities, business organizations, homes and social active groups. Hence, it is the time to reduce the economic effect from the lives and know the actual value of the living.
